Preview SDK - Licensing

Because of the diverse nature in which our clients use and distribute Preview SDK, we prepare custom quotes for each situation. See below for a form that will help us understand your situation and allow us to structure for you a cost effective quote.

Licensing Options

	One time "no royalty" license fee plus optional maintenance Companies who prefer to pay one time and be done with it. Maintenance would optionally continue on an annual basis.
	Quarterly "no royalty" license fees with ongoing maintenance Our most popular choice. Allows you to make reasonible ongoing quarterly payments that include licensing costs as well as maintenance.
	Ongoing "royalty" license fees plus optional maintenance Requires a smaller up-front development fee and then quarterly royalty payments based upon a percentage of product sold. The percentage is determined by how Preview SDK is used within the product. Annual maintenance is optional under this plan.
